Formula composition and herbal activity:

Nettle – Urtica urens – A superfood rich in essential nutrients. It nourishes the body, supports absorption processes, and is rich in iron. Traditionally used to help prevent anemia, balance both high and low blood pressure, reduce edema, support relief from allergies, promote detoxification, and assist with kidney stones, atopic dermatitis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout.

Codonopsis – Codonopsis pilosula – An adaptogen used to help calm stress and overload, strengthen the body, and support weakened immunity, anemia, fatigue, loss of appetite, and fibromyalgia.

Atractylodes – Atractylodes macrocephala – An adaptogen used for stress, weakened immunity, and chronic fatigue. Traditionally used to help prevent premature contractions, support absorption processes in the digestive system, and assist with diarrhea, Crohn’s disease, colitis, and irritable bowel syndrome.

Ginger – Zingiber officinalis – Used for anemia, nausea, vomiting, digestive absorption problems, dyspepsia, gas, depression, migraines and headaches, erectile dysfunction, menstrual pain, dysmenorrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel diseases, rheumatoid and degenerative arthritis, high blood lipid levels, diabetes, flu, colds, and cough.

Marshmallow – Althaea officinalis – Used for ulcers and sores in the digestive system, diabetes, menopause, inflammation of the intestines and urinary tract, and dryness.

Astragalus – Astragalus membranaceus – An adaptogen used for stress and anxiety, immune system support, anemia, autoimmune diseases and allergies, chronic fatigue, strengthening the heart and kidneys, hepatitis, herpes, and AIDS.

Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – An adaptogen with strengthening and expectorant properties. Traditionally used for allergies, respiratory problems, and inflammation of the stomach and intestines.

Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.
